After months of excitement and anticipation, the weekend for the Magically Mundane workshop finally arrived. I chose this particular workshop after connecting with Alex (the photographer behind Daphne Mae Photography) on Instagram. From the very first time I stumbled upon her IG feed, her gentle spirit and love for all things motherhood simply just resonated with me. The workshop she led this past weekend in Charleston, SC absolutely filled my cup and fed my creative spirit. Even more so, however, it challenged me in my own motherhood journey. To be more present, more intentional, more aware. And to allow more of myself and my own motherhood to reflect into the moments I capture for clients.
