Terms of Agreement

The session fee includes the following:

  • Session time at designated location
  • 20 final, retouched digital images {15 images for milestone sessions} {25 images for extended family sessions}
  • Print release for printing
  • Online proofing gallery of images
  • Additional images beyond the included 20 may be available to purchase at $10 per image

Terms and Conditions

  • A $100 retainer is required at booking to secure the date and time of your session. 
  • The remaining balance is due on the date of the session. No images, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
  • If, at the discretion of the photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the creation of a portrait session to the artistic standards of KLP, photographer may elect to use an alternate location or to reschedule the portrait session.
  • The post-production (editing) of all images is at the discretion of the photographer and will reflect the natural style of the photographer.
  • KLP cannot guarantee any specific shots and cannot be held liable for the behavior of subjects. The photographer will capture the session as it happens.
  • In the case that images are damaged or lost due to technical malfunction (in camera or in post-processing), KLP will offer another session free of charge OR a full refund of the amount paid. Photographer’s liability will be limited to the amount paid under this contract. 
  • KLP reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, blogs, social media, display, publication or other any other purposes necessary to the photographer.
  • All images and previews remain the exclusive property of Kristie Lloyd Photography. The print release is for personal use only. No photographs may be submitted for publication, contests, or reproduced for financial gain of any kind without the written consent of the photographer. 
  • After delivery of images, KLP does not guarantee archival of images. It is the clients responsibility to properly store and back-up their images. Furthermore, photographer will not be held liable for poor print reproduction from generic print labs.
